 We all love being out on the ice, getting exercise and having fun. If there is one thing that can be said about the adult player, it is that they are playing for the purity of the game. Today’s adult leagues are a mix of men and women with many different hockey backgrounds. Some were coached as children and all the way up to junior levels. Some enjoyed the game informally on the pond. Others only started skating as adults. Despite those differences there’s one thing that can be said for everyone playing – we all want to be the best version of ourselves.

 Adult Skills Academy is your opportunity as a recreational hockey player to improve your overall game. Each hockey program focuses on developing the fundamental skills of skating, shooting, passing and puck handling. The on-ice drills will concentrate on building better individual skills and techniques that you will able to take back to your own league – making you a stronger, more effective player. The more you learn, the more fun you will have.
